Five Year Business Plan

Together with our Trustees, staff and using key stakeholder analysis we have completed a 5 year business plan for the period 2008-2013.

Progress in line with the plan is reviewed regularly during the year to inform our decision making. The plan is used to develop annual operational plans and individual staff workplans.

George House Trust has 3 core business aims over the next five years which will ensure services meet the needs of people living with HIV, challenge discrimination and build a skilled staff and volunteer workforce. We will provide:

1. Responsive and Relevant Services
2. Effective Campaigning and Policy Work
3. Strong Infrastructure and Long Term Stability
