George House Trust is pleased to announce that Rosie Robinson will be joining us as our new Chief Executive.
Rosie comes direct from her role as Director of Leeds Womens Aid, where she transformed the charity over a 9 year period, by developing ground-breaking services to deal with domestic violence, child abuse, sexual exploitation, asylum and human trafficking.
Throughout her career, Rosie has worked alongside a diverse range of people to ensure that their voices are heard, their needs are properly met and their human rights aren’t violated.
Jim Vann, Chair of Trustees at George House Trust, said “We are extremely pleased that Rosie will be joining us as our new Chief Executive.
In 2010 George House Trust will be celebrating its 25th year, and we are confident that Rosie will lead us successfully through this exciting period and ensure that we continue to provide high quality services to people living with HIV in the North West.”
Rosie Robinson, newly appointed Chief Executive, said “George House Trust is an exceptional charity with a passion for putting its diverse service users at the centre of all it does. It is an honour to be invited to lead George House Trust at such an exciting time in its development and history.”
Rosie will take up her post full time from mid April 2010.
