Conference Feedback Tuesday 8 July 6-8pm at George House Trust

In March 80 HIV positive delegates attended a conference in London exclusively for people living with HIV - Positive Action.

George House Trust was involved in helping co-ordinate and arrange the conference. We hosted a number of groups and a regional event prior to the conference to help with the planning.

The final conference report is attached.

On Tuesday 8 July we will have a feedback event to outline the key themes from the conference and detail future action.

Join Press Gang
Attached is an invitation to people living with HIV to join the Press Gang to improving how the media portrays HIV and people living with HIV. The Press Gang project has been set up to challenge inaccurate and stigmatising stories about HIV in the UK press and enables people living with HIV to have a greater collective voice in challenging discrimination in the media.

For more information about the Positive Action Conference please contact Lynda Shentall lynda@ght.org.uk 0161 274 4499
