Accessing our services

Most of the services provided by George House Trust are “open access”.
This means:
- our services are for anyone who is HIV positive and living in North West England
- our services are free
- you can contact us yourself, or another agency can contact us for you
- we will repay reasonable travel costs. Please check travel expenses to see if we can help with travel costs.
- crèche for children - our website diary tells you when the crèche is provided - African and Women's spaces on Tuesdays always have a crèche
- our children’s services are for HIV positive, and HIV negative and untested children, who are directly affected by HIV
- if you need to see an Adviser, we aim to see you within one working week
- if you need information or advice by phone or by e-mail, we aim to reply within two working days
Opening Times
We do not normally open at weekends, or on Bank Holidays.
Please make an appointment
If you want to see an Adviser, you need to make an appointment by phone, through the website, or by e-mailing us.
If you come without an appointment we may not be able to see you.
