Service User Feedback and Involvement
George House Trust wants to ensure that what we do and what we provide is appropriate to the needs of people living with or affected by HIV.
There are a number of ways in which service users can affect the development of the organisation:
- Quarterly review meetings are held at our group services for gay men, African people, and women - a good opportunity to have your say about George House Trust services.
- Let us know what you think by making a suggestion, comment or complaint. You can do this by speaking to a staff member, visiting our website, e-mail, phone or in writing.
- Take part in our annual service user survey. This normally takes place in February, please keep an eye on the website for more details.
- Become a volunteer. All our volunteers receive training and regular support from our Volunteer Co-ordinator. Apply online or phone us.
- Become a member. This entitles you to vote on major decisions of the charity and potentially become a Trustee. For more details please refer to the membership section of the website.
- Join the SMART group, the Service Monitoring and Review Team, we are currently recruiting new members for the group which meets once a month. If you would like to know more or want to apply to be involved in the group then please contact Lynda Shentall the Director of Services lynda@ght.org.uk 0161 274 4499
