Service User Feedback and Involvement

George House Trust wants to ensure that what we do and what we provide is appropriate to the needs of people living with or affected by HIV.

There are a number of ways in which service users can affect the development of the organisation:

  • Quarterly review meetings are held at our group spaces - a good opportunity to have your say about George House Trust services.
  • Make a suggestion, comment or complaint.
  • Take part in our annual service user survey.  This normally takes place in February.
  • Become a volunteer. More info
  • Become a member.  This entitles you to vote on major decisions of the charity. More info
  • Become a Trustee.  More info
  • Join the SMART group, the Service Monitoring and Review Team. More info
