Confidentiality and First Contact

All the information that you give to us is confidential and is never disclosed to anyone else, unless you ask us to do so. 

 

 

Your first contact

When you first contact us we will make an appointment for you to see one of our Advisors.  This will be an opportunity for you to discuss and decide which services, if any, you may need.  We will also need to note some details from you for our records.

 Confidentiality agreement

On your first visit to our building we will ask you to read and sign a confidentiality statement. Confidentiality is of paramount importance and everybody involved in George House Trust is bound by the same rules.

 

 

Hospital confirmation

After we have seen you, we will also need a letter from your consultant confirming that you are HIV positive. With your permission, we will obtain this from your consultant.
