- travel expenses are paid for those on a low income. Contact the office if you need more details
- a free crèche is provided at the African and Women’s spaces at the nearby “Gregory’s Place” family centre

Coffee Mornings
Second Tuesday of month
10.30 a.m. until 12 noon
The coffee morning is an exciting new social event at George House Trust, an opportunity once a month to chat with other HIV positive people in the relaxed setting of our meeting room.
Though the remainder of the building is closed to appointments only, this volunteer facilitated social event will be a regular feature. There will be the usual friendly, safe and relaxed atmosphere you would expect, coffee… well obviously it is a coffee morning after all, as well as a selection of teas and biscuits.
As advisers will be busy with pre-arranged appointments, we will not be able to offer drop in based services during this event. This means we cannot pay emergency payments, no access to advisers and there will be no access to reception so no computer or phone use.
Volunteers at the Coffee Morning will however have a wealth of information of upcoming events and services at George House Trust.
There is a crèche for the under 5’s and we will reimburse off peak public transport fares.
Health Workshops
Fourth Tuesday of the month
A fantastic programme of workshops developed by staff at GHT, looking at a wide range of topics, to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with HIV. See our diary for details of these events.
