SMART - Service Monitoring and Review Team

To ensure we listen to our service users needs and obtain feedback, we hold a monthly Service Monitoring and Review Team (SMART) meeting.

 

This group has around 20 service users, representing the broad range of our service users.

Feedback from the group is presented directly to the Trustees and reviewed regularly by the management team to influence what we do and how we do it.

 

 

Topics regularly reviewed by the group include:

  • Website
  • Group Spaces
  • Campaigns
  • Events and courses
  • Methods of obtaining service user feedback
