Members are either people living with HIV and/or active volunteers at George House Trust. A minimum of 66% of members are people living with HIV and this ensures that HIV remains at the heart of the organisation.
We recruit new members on a rolling basis and applications are always welcome.
Members are involved at all levels of the charity:
- Consultation on key issues e.g. 3 year business plan
- Election of members to the Board of Trustees at the Annual general Meeting
- Agreeing governance and constitutional changes
- Holding Trustees and staff to account on how george House Trust is managed and governed
